We are focusing our investment in South Europe and  dedicated to the investment and management of Agricultural projects in the European Mediterranean markets.

Spain, France and Germany announced funds in order to fight rural desertification with the objective of rural areas contribute in 30%, 40% and 50% (respectively) to their GDP. Each day 200.000 new humans need to be fed and in the next 40 years we need to produce more food correspondent to the food produced in all the last 10.000 years. All of this with less available water, less farming land and less land contamination. Water, agriculture and livestock investments are of urgent action. Averages of 50 agricultural exploration projects were lost per day in Spain in the last 20 years. In the same period of time the forest area as grown. At the same time, also, the average size of an agricultural exploration increased.

Main investment focus will be in fruit trees agricultural projects such as, not limited to, Olives, Apple, Citrus, Almonds and Nuts in the European Mediterranean area and on the Forest agricultural Projects on Pine, Eucaliptus and Cork trees.
